Daily Digest never arrives on time... it is often several hours late
I've tried changing the default time on the settings page with no success. Please help.

Inappropriate?I've set my default reminder time to 7am, but today I didn't receive it until 8:30. Sometimes I get it even later (like 9:30!).
I know email isn't instant, but 2.5 hours must be a problem on your end. If I have a reminder set for that day with no time given, it always arrives no later than 20 minutes after the default time, which is understandable. It's just the daily digest that arrives late.

Inappropriate?agh. This is due to the sheer volume of email that sandy has to process for digests. Our recommendation is that you back up your digest time by an hour or two before you really want it. For example I want my digest between 6 and 7 ( when I wake up) so I've set the time for 5am.

Inappropriate?Yes, I've already done that. Since I'd like my digest by 8:30 I've set it to 7. I wanted to a) be sure you were aware of the problem and b) make sure that i wasn't doing something wrong.
